Cindy, Assistant Food Editor
Wearing this pedometer, I am constantly amazed at how all of my insignificant daily responsibilities are further away than I thought! Just doing the laundry around the corner (multiple trips) on a recent Sunday had me walking a full half-mile. Grocery shopping followed, and the indecision that had me walking up and down the aisles added up to an additional third of a mile. So I guess I should be thankful that I'm not incredibly wealthy and have an assistant to do my daily bidding, as she'd be the one getting fit, not me!

Im ems and boy im greatfull that i found the family circle walking challenge, not that i want to win but to help. I walk every day even before i saw this website from family circle. But now my walking is more intresting because i have reason to walk. I dont walk to get fit because i look fit and no matter how i eat i dont go big.Im only 82lbs and really tiny 4'9" Lucky me! But i walk because i get bored, after my family left to school and work im left alone so i walk when ever i want to. I do walk at least two hour a day not including going store coz i dont drive either. but if im busy least then 2hr is good enough.I guess i should be thankfull too that im not incredibly wealthy because i probably just gonna be lazy. I try to walk as many miles as i can to help , it sure is feels good to know i can help this way.
